I know it's typical cartoon-talk but hey I love cartoons. Usually it's the villain that says this. Just before the villain is defeated (after all the evil things he/she must have done), he/she says this assuming he is going to be the victor in the final battle. then "Wham" he/she is defeated/ finished/ finis/ finito.
Point: Karma does exist. What goes around will surely come around.
